  I tried to hire this company to install a wood stove and they appeared to know what they were doing when they showed up and gave me an estimate. Evidently the people that work to order parts aren't too sharp. They failed twice to get the parts ordered for the installation. The first appointment was set 3 weeks in advance, during which time they weren't able to get the simple parts necessary to do the installation. They didn't even bother to call me when they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I called them an hour later and they said the parts didn't come in and they'd 'expedite' them and get them in the following week, then do the installation the week after that. Guess what, they are so inept that they didn't bother to notice they didn't show up again. They did at least call me at the appt time and let me know they couldn't manage to figure out the parts didn't come in the week before. Anyway I told them not to bother, if they can't order a stainless elbow and two short pieces of pipe I'm glad they didn't actually do the installation. Avoid them...if Google had a 'Zero' rating that's what they'd get. Shoddy customer service and likely even worse workmanship.
